Paul Winter's 37th Annual Winter Solstice Celebration will take place December 15th, 16th and 17th at New York's Cathedral of St. John the Divine, featuring the Paul Winter Consort. This year's performance, "Icarus," is a tribute to the late Sir George Martin.

The Consort includes: Paul Winter on soprano saxophone, cellist Eugene Friesen, double-reed player Paul McCandless, keyboardist Paul Sullivan, bassist Eliot Wadopian, drummer Jamey Haddad, organist Tim Brumfield, and Gary Brooker, the voice of Procol Harum.

The 10-piece Consort will be accompanied by the 25 dancers and drummers of the Forces of Nature Dance Theatre, led by Artistic Director Abdel Salaam. They will premiere a new piece, choreographed especially for this year's show.
