Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) is utilized in classrooms, museums, hospitals, and boardrooms across the United States to support open and meaningful group discussions, enabling people to use existing visual and cognitive skills to develop confidence and experience. It is a method documented to have a cascading positive effect on all those who engage in it.

In this evening of deep inquiry and conversation, guests will consider the VTS model and together explore new ways in which it can be applied, particularly to selected pieces from the Cathedral's current multimedia exhibition, The Value of Food: Sustaining a Green Planet. VTS Director Amy Chase Gulden will lead this salon. Light refreshments will be served.
