Join us for ACT's Halloween Costume Parade on the gorgeous grounds of the Cathedral! There will be treat bags for all, sing-along, story-time, carnival games, and more. Price: $5 per child, $3 per child registered at ACT. Must be accompanied by adult. For children 2 to 5 years old.
