Connecting with our current memorial quilt exhibit, the Cathedral is excited to offer the Children's Rights Quilt Project. This drop-in activity lets families explore the quilts and other Cathedral artwork, discuss what human rights mean to them, and work together to create a quilt square out of paper and fabric that shares a human right they find important. Each quilt square will be pieced together with other participants' designs to make a larger community quilt of children and human rights around the world.

In partnership with the Pasos Peace Museum, this project will become part of the Museum's virtual gallery in conjunction with their NYC Children's Rights Quilt Exhibit in November 2014. This activity is free with Cathedral admission, check for location details at the Cathedral's Visitor Center upon your arrival.
