Our largest service, warm and elegantly formal. The repertoire of our professional Cathedral Choir, volunteer Chorale and Boy and Girl Choristers derives mostly from the classical tradition--mass settings and anthems as well as great hymns and spirituals. Communion is received in the round, after a sermon from the Cathedral Dean or Chapter members.

Today's sermon is "Baptized into Death, Unbound from Fear":
On All Saints’ Day, we consider those who have died, and live eternally in faith in the Lord. Acknowledging Mary and Martha’s pain and anger at the death of their brother Lazarus, we see that Jesus grieves when we grieve, but invites us to be unbound, like Lazarus—coming out of the tomb of fear of death, or life, and into the Light of renewal and purpose. Baptism brings these babies into that death, and into life everlasting.
