Health Fairs and Health Outreach Opportunities

The myriad of services that address poverty on a community level involve a lot of referral services and direct on-site counseling. These programs are staffed by the Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, and MSW interns.

Throughout the program year, the CCC Case Manager coordinates outreach opportunities for Medicaid pre-screening services, HIV/AIDs on-site testing, flu shots, health and mental health screening, etc. CCC staff with MSW interns also sponsor various forums and health fairs in conjunction with other social service providers and faith-based organizations.
